LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONALISM

This one-day workshop covers Essential Leadership Skills for Frontline Supervisors and is an important workshop that was developed to meet the needs of utilities for providing training, job aids, coaching and mentoring skills to your frontline supervisors and line foremen. This one-day workshop has been delivered to utilities all over the country and has been presented at industry conferences from the NWPPA (Northwest Public Power Association), TDMMA (Transmission and Distribution Association) to the IBEW local 1245.
